The advent of the newly formed PAGASA INC ushers a new beginning to one group besieged by the infamous reluctance of the other group who called themselves [APCO Official] to unite, prompting the Office of Fair Trading to cancel the registration of the now defunct Alliance of Philippine Community Organisations (APCO) Inc., effective 12 January 2024. The Philippine Australian Global Alliance for Service & Advocacy (PAGASA) Inc. was incorporated effective 11 August 2023 with membership growing steadily. The PAGASA Board is composed of officers mostly coming from the Original Board of APCO Inc prior to its cancellation.
